Crown Prince participates in Charity Clothes Bank initiative

Amman -- His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, on Tuesday, participated, along with volunteers, in the Charity Clothes Bank initiative, which is one of Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO)'s projects.

The Prince joined a number of young men and women, who represent academic, youth and civil institutions, in sorting and filling clothes, which will be distributed during the holy month of Ramadan, in order to meet the basic needs of poor families.

The Crown Prince commended the initiative that promotes the sense of responsibility towards underprivileged families in the holy month.

Prince Al Hussein talked with the volunteers and expressed appreciation for their efforts in this charitable volunteering work.

JHCO Secretary General, Ayman Mefleh, briefed Prince Al Hussein about the work mechanism of volunteer teams.

The Crown Prince honored the volunteers in recognition of their contributions to the voluntary work, and their role towards their community.
